Hi I'm Angela.

I am a bookkeeper and notary signing agent based in Fulshear, Texas. My passion is to help you as a small business owner with tracking your company’s finances and reduce the work for your general CPA or Tax Accountant, and allow you to focus on your passion. In addition, I recently became certified as a notary signing agent in Texas to offer services for loan signing or general notary needs.

To earn my degree in Accounting, I paid my way through college as a bookkeeper and notary. Working at Deloitte, I was able to gain valuable experience in multiple industries, including working on audits for manufacturing, healthcare, and not for profit companies. Most recently I have been working as an Accounting Manager at a publicly traded company. To allow me to spend more time with my young children and enjoy everything Texas has to offer, I am excited to transition my career back to my original love of bookkeeping for small businesses.

Bookkeeping Services

I have experience with sales tax, payroll and certain government reporting. I specialize in Quickbooks accounting software and I am an Independent Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor. While I am a licensed CPA in California I am not operating as a CPA in Texas; I can assist you to get your books in order and to maintain them on a regular basis.

Notary Services

I perform regular notary services in Fulshear or I can travel to your location in Fulshear, Katy, Cinco Ranch, and Richmond (for an additional travel fee). My regular hours are from 9am – 11:30am Monday through Friday and I am also available after hours and weekends.
